@KlareAmane - I'd recommend creating a ticket about it. It seems like we're detecting your card alright, but unsure if there is any side errors in relation to it.
To send logs you just right-click on the Raptr taskbar icon, select Help > Feedback, fill out the info and make sure the checkbox is selected. Post back here to let me know you have sent it.
I have installed windows 7 on my pc and could receive updates (AMD Radeon HD 6800).
A few weeks ago I switched to Windows 10 and I get that problem.
@danielgarciabe - It's possible there might be limitations based on the age of the card. I will continue to look into it though. Thanks for letting me know.
