Hi, I have unistall and reinstalled "AMD Gaming Evolved" but don't run.

Have you checked your Firewall and/or Antivirus to determine if it's causing any blockage? Additionally, ensure that you open the AMD Gaming Evolved app elevated as Administrator.

Let me know the results.

i have this problem too. Firewall and Antivirus turn off. app elevated as Administrator.

 

windows 10x64 acer aspire v5-552g

 

the system is clean. driver for video from acer web site.

 

Are you still having a connection issue? It's possible there could have been a partial outage. 

Connection should be working as intended currently.

 And nothing else
