I tried submitting a ticket at least a week ago and got zero confirmation that the ticket even posted; tried again a few minutes ago and same thing happened. Nothing shows in my "check ticket status" button. I have tried contacting support at least half a dozen times about recovering my account and I had thought with the new ticket-based support system things would finally work out, but it doesn't seem to be the case. At this point I've had better customer service from debt collectors than Raptr.
Account email has been changed to some nonexistent address "email@example.com," and all I need is for my address to be changed to my actual email address thedigitalnomad[AT]gmail[DOT]com.
Just delete my account. I'm tired of trying to get help. I no longer want anything to do with Raptr.
