Any time I try to redeem any reward it just displays and endless loop of proceesing the purchase and the complete message never shows up.
The Processing issue has been going for a while and we're in the process of trying to solve it as soon as possible. It has a very high priority to fix.
We have recently solved the current "Processing Issue" for users. Although we have tested this out with a few users with absolute success, we cannot account for every single user.
