Can't buy reward :(

No verification email received in months. Been registered since June 2013 and had verified then and then it starts for verification again... causing me to not be able to spend my points. Please fix it soon! :< The rewards will be gone by the time it gets fixed at this rate!

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, but as this issue is specific to your account, please e-mail us directly at help@raptr.com if you are still having this issue.  This issue is usually related to the provider of the e-mail address used to sign up blocking or rerouting automated messages from us, assuming they are spam.  A different e-mail could be needed if you are still unable to get automated correspondence from Raptr.  Have a nice day.
