Why I need to contact support to change my current email?

I apologize for the very late delay in a response. We've been very busy responding to tickets.

Typically when you get that response it means that your current log-in is unauthorized and would need to be authorized through your email. However, if for some reason you cannot authorize your connection (such as not having access to your email address attached to the Raptr account) then Customer Service can change the email manually for you. 

If you are having an issue, you're welcome to create a ticket. If you don't get a response in a reasonable amount of time, you are welcome to post on the forum about your issue as well.
