LoL gameplay no longer detected

Hello.

My gameplay on League of Legends is no longer detected, when some other games (ex: hearthstone) are.
I tried uninstalling all AMD products and reinstalling them: same issue.

Can you provide where League of Legends is installed on your system?

Additionally, have you tried manually adding it as well?

League of Legends is installed at C:\LoL\League of Legends

The game was properly detected a few weeks ago.

The game is still in the game library: http://prntscr.com/69ttpb

Do you mean I should remove it and the re-add it manually?


The game is just not detected and does not give RP when I play it.

Ok, looks like my comment "needs to be approved", you'll be able to read my answer in a few minutes/hours/days/whatever.

It was actually the links that were causing them to need approval. Back-end method to prevent spam.


Either way, don't remove it from your library, but we do need to see if anything had changed. 

Can you play a round of LoL (we need at least 20 min) and then send in your logs?


To send to your log files:

1) Open the Raptr client

2) Right click on the Raptr icon in the system tray

3) Click on Help, then Feedback.

4) In the window that appears, check the box at the bottom (Send log file).

5) In the text box, please either describe the issue or paste the ticket number for your issue.

6) Hit send.

7) Post back here when you have sent your logs.

(Note: Make sure that you quit out of any game you are in before you send in your logs.)

After a reboot, the game has counted my gameplay from yesterday. A slight improvement.

I've been seeing League of Legends gameplay being detected since the 23rd for you. Are you still having an issue or has this been resolved?
