When I try to log in when im not useing a internet browser, im useing the program it downloaded, it tells me im unable to contact Raptr.com Please check your internet connection and try again. But clearly I have internet connection. Please help.
Do you have a Firewall or Antivirus that might be preventing connection?
I'm having this problem and no, there is no firewall blocking it. It was just working yesterday.
I have a backup of my C drive. I had to get the raptr.cfg file from that backup and replace the one on my computer after the update. now it works i am able to log in
If possible, can you create a ticket with logs after experiencing this problem? We'll need to see what could be causing the blockage.
To send logs you just right-click on the Plays.tv taskbar icon, select Help > Feedback, fill out the info and make sure the checkbox is selected. Post back here to let me know you have sent it.
