After some minutes Skype running show an windows app crash

Sorry for the late reply. 


Any chance you may be able to recreate the crash and then send in Raptr logs?


To send to your log files:

1) Open the Raptr client

2) Right click on the Raptr icon in the system tray

3) Click on Help, then Feedback.

4) In the window that appears, check the box at the bottom (Send log file).

5) In the text box, please either describe the issue or paste the forum link for your issue.

6) Hit send.

7) Post back here when you have sent your logs.

(Note: Make sure that you quit out of any game you are in before you send in your logs.)

That is a very old method for getting logs that we no longer utilize. Follow these instructions instead:


1. In the Windows notification tray, go to the Raptr or AMD Gaming Evolved icon and right-click on it.  Choose Help, then Feedback. 

2. In the new window that comes up select a category, input your email address (this is where responses will be sent) and then put in a description of the issue you are facing. Please be as descriptive as you can.

3. Add a checkmark to the "Send log file (for technical problems)" box.

4. Before you click on the 'Send Feedback' button, let us know that you posted in the forums.

5. If possible, reply back to this forum post to let me know that you have sent it.
