Are you wondering why you're unable to see anything in the Rewards store recently?

If you find that you can’t see rewards in the reward store when you’re logged in, or that you see a smaller selection when logged in than when you do when logged off, this is probably because you’re logging in from a region that is outside of the eligibility for the rewards we’re currently offering. Many of the codes we are given by our partner companies to offer to users are only to be redeemed and/or advertised in certain regions and will not work and/or cannot be offered in others.

Our system is designed to show you only the rewards that you are eligible for based on hardware specs and geography. Though in the past, we have had rewards that were available in other regions, we don’t currently have any of those in stock. We understand that this may leave users outside of eligible regions with nothing or not much to chose from and we apologize for any inconvenience or confusion that this may cause for you.
