We’ve recently received reports here and there from users who are experiencing an “elevation proxy” error while using Raptr.

If you’re experiencing this blocker, please try the following work-around:

  1. Navigate to the folder  C:\Program Files (x86)\Raptr Inc\Raptr.

  2. Locate the file raptr_ep64.exe which can be found there. (It may have a long series of numbers with a ".tmp" at the end of it.)

  3. Rename this file to anything else.

At a later time, this file will come back, and that is supposed to happen. If you try this and find that the problem persists, please open a support ticket or e-mail me at help@raptr.com.
