If you receive a notification that the Raptr client is "unable to connect to Raptr.com" or that there is no connection although you know that you are connected to the Internet, then it is usually because the program is being blocked from contacting the web for some reason. This could be due to a security program, antivirus, firewall, or even a markedly slow Internet connection speed. Make sure that your Internet connection isn't being negatively affected somehow and that there aren't any security programs or firewalls that might be blocking Raptr from operating. An update to a security program might have changed its permissions at some point. If you're new to Raptr, you may need to make an allowance for Raptr in certain security programs to allow the program to operate.
