If you have purchased a reward on Raptr that cannot be redeemed in-game for some reason or that you are told is invalid when trying to redeem it, please be sure to contact game support once you've reviewed our instructions from the reward page to ensure you're going about redeeming it properly. There may be an account issue or other conflict within the game itself that we are unable to determine from our end.
